YOGA FOR SURFERS
The ancient practice of yoga has become deeply ingrained in the surfing community. Both physically and spiritually, surfing and yoga work together to help a surfer achieve a clearer mind and stronger body. With this technique we will avoid future injuries and we will have a more elastic body that will help us improve our surfing.
